Fashion is a tool for self expression. Our editorials utilize clothing in unconventional ways, often developing new shapes, patterns, and structures out of found clothing or material. Many of our works feature pieces that were built from scratch on set. Labels are varied, and are sourced from a broad range of outlets ranging anywhere from thrift and dollar stores, to aspiring and developed designers, and haute couture.
Reality is beautiful too. Retouching is only utilized to occasionally remove temporary markings. Fero’s never alters or modifies the human figure, complexion, etc. Makeup is utilized solely as a creative outlet, and never to challenge the natural features of the model. Many of our editorials are completely makeup-free.
We aim to intersect fashion and identity, and to provoke expression through meaningful visual storytelling.
